Manthus is a subscription-based software platform.

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are payable in advance.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payments.
• Incorrect billing due to technical issues.
• Charges made without authorization.
   

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Monthly subscriptions after activation.
• Annual subscriptions after activation.
• Custom development or implementation services.
• Subscription periods that have already been used.
   

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically result in a refund for the current subscription period.
